Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your requested move date. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due either prior to the scheduled move date (if paying online) or on the day of service before or upon completion of the move. Failure to submit payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services, and any payments made may be forfeited.
Alterations:
Requests to modify the move date, time, or location must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Changes may require a revised service agreement.
Cancellations:
More than 30 days prior: Up to 30% of total service cost
14–30 days prior: Up to 75% of total service cost
Within 14 days: Up to 100% of total service cost
Accurate Information:
Clients must provide complete and accurate details regarding items, access conditions, and special requirements. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or delays.
Preparation for Move:
Unless otherwise arranged, all items must be properly packed and ready for transport. Clients are responsible for securing fragile and valuable items and ensuring clear access for the moving team.
Use of Equipment:
All equipment provided by Smooth Moves ATL remains company property and is operated exclusively by trained personnel.
Equipment Damage:
Clients may be held responsible for damage to equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or unsafe conditions.
Limited Liability:
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the actual value of the item, not exceeding coverage outlined in the service agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or improperly packed items.
Insurance:
Clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for additional protection.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Smooth Moves ATL regarding your inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, and customer support.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.
Opt-Out Instructions:

Smooth Moves ATL is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate courts of Georgia.
